Kathy Perretta

Founder and President

Kathy was originally EAGALA certified and is currently EAL/FBEAL certified with Elaine Averill and OK Corral Certified with Greg Kersten. Kathy has been facilitating Equine Activities for over 10 years and has a desire to see people identify what hinders them, break off those chains and experience the journey toward freedom. She has lead youth ministry, women’s groups and currently helps in the fight to stop sexual human trafficking. Changing Tracks became a reality as she combined faith in God as the truest source of wholeness, equine philosophy of the herd, and the presence of the Holy Spirit! Together, Changing Tracks is changing lives!

Co-Founder, Board Member and Prayer Advisor

Donna has been with Changing Tracks form its beginning. She has been EAGALA certified and is certified as a Biblical counselor through American Association of Christian Counselors. In addition to Changing Tracks she has also served as counselor for various other not for profits to make a difference in people’s lives. Donna is a lifetime member of Changing Tracks and continues to serve as our prayer support and advisor.

Cindy Shroba

Vice President and Secretary

Cindy is certified in FBEAL. She has assisted with EAL sessions and brings her expertise as a Health Coach to the Changing Tracks arena. She is also the CMO of Open Eye Communications, and has a passionate belief that every “body” has an innate desire and ability to heal itself – given the right lifestyle, nutrition, surroundings and beliefs. Cindy has been married to her husband, Kurt, for 31 years, and together they have four children and one grandchild.

Kris is EAL/FBEAL certified and has been involved with Changing Tracks for 4 years. She also holds a BS in psychology from Liberty University and works at a residential treatment facility helping clients struggling with addictions, eating disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. She is passionate about walking alongside others as they seek freedom and healing. She has personally experienced the healing power God brings through working with these beautiful animals and is excited to share this with others

Kurt has been a Board member of Changing Tracks for 10 years and has also served as our Treasurer. By trade, Kurt is a craftsman and carpenter. As a builder and remodeler, he recognizes the importance of having the best tools. He sees Changing Tracks as an extraordinary tool to build, remodel and delicately craft healing in the lives of people. Kurt also contributes to the health of others as Head Gardener and Co-Owner of Tower Road Microgreens – a small micro farm in Norway that supplies organically grown micro-greens varieties. Kurt loves to be at home tending his plants, but also enjoys being able to get-a-way to visit his children and grandchildren.

Treasurer

Tina has been a member of the board for three years. She also has spent over 30 years in the healthcare field, working towards the care and healing of others. During her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family and helping others.

Myah Hawley

Board Member

Myah is EAL/FBEAL Certified with Elaine Averill. She first became involved with Changing Tracks when she was 13 years old. At that time she simply came to “hang out” with the horses. Working with horses has now become a professional focus as she now manages at a stable, shows her own horse and serves as a facilitator with Changing Tracks.
